Bradford City Community Foundation are currently looking to recruit Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to work during our 2022 Summer National Citizenship Service (NCS).
NCS is a flagship Government funded scheme for 15 to 17 year olds that aims to help young people develop crucial life skills and give back to their local community.
Successful candidates will have experience in either youth work, teaching or working with young people. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals who have the ability to inspire and engage groups of young people. They will be able to manage and organise tasks and be comfortable working in an outdoor environment. Team assistants will work with a Team Leader and will assist in managing an NCS Team of 15 to 16 students throughout the full duration of the programme.
Some of our programmes will include outdoor activity residential trips that would take you away from home for up to 5 days. These vacancies will also be subject to a DBS check and will require relevant references.
