Bradford currently sits in the top 20% of deprived areas in the country, with certain postcodes residing in the top 5% of national deprivation. As the charity arm to Bradford City AFC, we take great pride in supporting our community in many ways, including our recent food delivery programme. From March 2020, we have worked with over 1000 families to support them through what has been one of the toughest years in recent history. 

 

The Bradford City FC Community Foundation Holiday Food Programme supports children, young people and families with essential fresh, hot food during the school holidays. Through our ever-growing partnership with Bradford Council, we have been able to provide over 5000 meals during the October, Christmas and February holidays. Members of both Bradford City AFC men's and women's teams have been on hand to support the delivery of this successful programme, alongside an amazing group of volunteers from the district.
