CASUAL COMMUNITY COACH
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and people-focused coaches to support the delivery of our growing sport and community programmes. You will work across a variety of settings including schools, holiday camps, community venues and football-led projects. As one of the first faces many participants meet, you will represent both Bradford City AFC and the Community Foundation, helping to create safe, inclusive and positive experiences for every child and adult you work with.
Contract Length: Flexible
Contract Hours: Flexible
Location: Bradford, Leeds and surrounding areas
Reporting To: Director of Sport
Hourly Pay: £15-£20 an hour, depending on relevant experience

BTEC LEVEL 3 TEACHER - NQTs ENCOURAGED
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic BTEC Level 3 Sports Teacher to join our committed
Education team at Bradford City FC Community Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead
and inspire young learners through high-quality delivery of the BTEC Level 3 Sports programme,
helping them to achieve academic and personal success. Newly-qualified teachers are encouraged to apply for this position.
Contract Length: Two-years fixed term, with possibility to extend depending on funding
Contract Hours: 35 Hours
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Location: Bradford City FC Community Foundation Office and the University of Bradford Stadium
Reporting To: Director of Sport, Head of Education and Employability
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500
FANZONE - CASUAL PLAY WORKER
We are looking for a casual Play Worker to work within our new children and young person’s Fanzone. The role requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable with delivering a range of activities to engage young children from birth to 5 years old. Sessions consist of weekend match day opportunities.
Contract Length: In line with the 2024/25 EFL football season
Contract Hours: Three hours per BCAFC home fixture
Start Date: 30th July 2024
Location: Valley Parade, Bradford
Reporting To: Foundation Management
Salary/Hourly Pay: Competitive
FANZONE - CASUAL COMMUNITY COACH
The casual coaching role requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable with delivering a range of multi sport sessions and games. Sessions consist of weekend matchday opportunities at our children and young person's Fanzone.
Contract Length: In line with the 2024/25 EFL football season
Contract Hours: Three hours per BCAFC home fixture
Start Date: 30th July 2024
Location: Valley Parade, Bradford
Reporting To: Foundation Management
Salary/Hourly Pay: Competitive
FOUNDATION VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Bradford City FC Community Foundation are always on the lookout for volunteers to help us with our work in the community. If you fancy pitching in on match days in our City Hub, helping us deliver life-changing experiences in the community, or making our work more accessible to those who need it the most, we want to hear from you!
