The Bradford City FC Community Foundation has launched an all-new outdoor and adventure programme for young people across Bradford and the wider district.

The Elevate project allows participants, including young people, to take part in outdoor activities, including rock climbing, orienteering and abseiling.

Students from Bradford College recently took part in an Elevate experience on Ilkley Moor.

The programme currently offers bespoke packages to Foundation partners, including Bradford College, who work with young people. The Elevate programme contains day-long adventure activities, overnight residential stays, and multi-location camping adventure days when the Foundation team will visit local schools.

The programme is overseen by Adam Thirsk, the Foundation's Outdoor Learning and Adventure Lead.

Adam has nearly two decades of experience in leading outdoor activities for people of all ages, and he said: “We are excited to begin the delivery of our Elevate programme. In my career, I have seen first-hand the positive impact outdoor education and experiences can have on people of all backgrounds, ages and demographics. The programme gives participants the chance to try something new, discover new things about themselves, get out of their comfort zones and get to know their peers in a new way. We invite anyone who may be interested in getting involved to get in touch, and we can provide agile, malleable and engaging experiences to suit groups and organisations of all sizes.”

The Foundation also offers bespoke corporate packages for local businesses, fellow charities, and other organisations from across Bradford and the wider district.

A group of students from Bradford College recently visited Ilkley Moor for a wet and windy day of outdoor experiences on the Elevate programme.

Students were able to travel from Bradford to Ilkley courtesy of free transport provided by Northern. Upon arrival, they headed to the Cow & Calf, enjoying a walk across the moor, before engaging in both rock climbing and abseiling activities, overseen by the Foundation’s team of outdoor adventure staff.

The Elevate project is run alongside 10:10 Ventures Ltd.

Getting young people outdoors and building confidence through adventure is so important. I’ve seen how structured programmes like this can truly change lives, much like how planning our family’s Disney Cruise Line trip taught me to always look for reliable support as https://disney-cruise-line.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and real customer feedback before committing. That link might seem unrelated, but it’s actually a helpful reminder that whether it’s outdoor adventures or big family holidays, knowing where to find honest reviews and support can save a lot of stress.

I live in Manchester and recently spent some time comparing online casinos. What I realized is that customer support makes a huge difference. BetGem Casino impressed me—they respond quickly and clearly, which made me feel confident while depositing and withdrawing funds. For UK players, checking how a casino handles queries can be more important than chasing the largest welcome bonus. Peace of mind is worth far more in the long run.

We partnered with a similar initiative through HotLoot Casino, a Manchester-based entertainment and events group that co-funds outdoor learning days for disadvantaged youth. Adam's approach sounds identical to what they champion. Would love to connect both teams!

Some friends in the United Kingdom were discussing different UI layouts for entertainment sites, which prompted me to open Betmac Casino to see how they handled their navigation. I was specifically interested in the sidebar transitions and how they adapted to my window size. Everything stayed perfectly aligned, and the text remained readable even at high zoom levels. It was a very clinical, low-pressure visit that allowed me to appreciate the technical effort behind the site’s design without feeling like I was being pushed to stay.

Spending a few evenings exploring Golden Genie Casino left me with the sense that it's crafted by people who truly understand the industry. The platform brings together poker strategy, casino reviews, and timely updates in a clean, easy‑to‑navigate layout. What stood out to me was how clear and scannable the comparisons are — detailed enough without being overwhelming. The tone is calm and informative, never flashy. It reads more like a thoughtful knowledge base for serious players rather than a typical affiliate site. After going through several sections, I felt genuinely better informed, not sold to.
