Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please email cityhub@bcfccommunity. Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel the contracted event you must notify our office in writing. The follow percentages of the anticipated final invoice to count will be payable depending on time between receipt of notice and date of event: - Within 4 working days: 70% of the total (or if the catering costs are higher, the minimum amount to cover this) - Within 7 working days: 30% of the total (or if the catering costs are higher, the minimum amount to cover this) - Before two weeks: No penalty
